Who is Transformation Jones?
Earlier this year when my book The Journey, A Guide to Lean Transformation Success released I decided to start a series of YouTube videos to help promote it. Wanting them to be informative and fun, I thought it might be a good idea to create a character to host the videos. But who or what would be the best host for the videos? Well, since the book is The Journey, I felt that the host needed to be a “Guide” of sorts to help folks along their own Journey. That’s it! Now I just need a “Guide” – but who?
